70+ SKI CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION Lloyd Lambert founded the 70+ Ski Club in 1977 with 37 members. Since that time the club has grown to over 17,000 by continuing to motivate members of all ages to keep active through discount lift tickets and events that promote camaraderie. The distinctive 70+ Ski Club jacket patch is an instant introduction and affords you the opportunity to ski with other members of the club. To be eligible for membership you must be at least 70 and a downhill skier.

MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:

*A distinctive 70+ Jacket patch.

*A list of Ski Areas that offer FREE or DISCOUNTED skiing.

*Newsletter subscription. [Printed each Spring and Fall]

*A laminated membership card showing date of birth and membership number.

PROOF OF AGE MUST BE GIVEN. DO NOT APPLY SOONER THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR YOUR 70th BIRTHDAY. PHOTOCOPY OF DRIVERS LICENSE OR PASSPORT OK.

Our fiscal year is 5/1 - 4/30. Joining after 3/1 credited with next fiscal year. 90+ Free after initial dues.

I understand and am aware that skiing is a HAZARDOUS activity. I understand that the sport of skiing, travel to and from the ski area and other activities with the 70+ Ski Club involve a risk of injury to all parts of my body. I hereby agree to freely and expressly assume all risks of injury while skiing, travel to and from the ski area and activities with the 70+ Ski Club. I agree that I will release the 70+ Ski Club and its officers from any and all responsibility for injuries or damages to me or to any other person. I have carefully read this agreement and release of liability and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a rule of liability and a contract between me and the 70+.
