Large selection of micropropagated and rescued hardy orchids
These sources sell seedlings and plants of native cypripediums, and sometimes other species of orchids. I have corresponded with most of these sources, and read of the propagation techniques used by the
remainder. All appear to legitimately propagate orchids from seed, cultivating them as non-wild material. We ask that companies sell only propagated plants, and not wild-collected specimens, in order to be listed.
There is additional information on cultivating Cypripedium species from seed.
