Tuesday, November 4th - Ornament "recycling" for un-adopted projects  5:00 pm at Grace

Sunday, November 9th -- Yard Signs advertising the market need to be distributed and placed in visible sites throughout Wichita (particularly East Wichita/College Hill area). To save money, we didn't put the date on the sign, just 'THIS SATURDAY' so it's very important they get placed and picked up promptly.

We will need help on November 13th to set up tables and decorate for the market.  Booth set up will be November 14th any time during the day until 8 p.m.  The market will be open to the public November 15, from 9a.m. – 4pm. Market and booth volunteers should be in place at least by 8:45a.m.   

Thank you all for your help and support of the market.  We are looking forward to another successful and enriching year.  It is so good to have a project like this that we can share with so many other congregations.  There truly is power in our numbers and our efforts.  Gifts from the Heart, Hope for the World.

11/14    Friday until 8:00 PM  -  BOOTH SETUP    (When you go to set up your booth, your table number will be the same as your project number on the shopping list.)

11/15     MARKET DAY
