Our mission is two fold: to provide creative solutions to housing development and to preserve historic structures. We work with non-profit and for-profit housing developers to obtain funding, identify appropriate land, move through the local approval process, and coordinate the development team through construction. We also provide project management for rehabilitation of historic barns and houses and adaptive re-use of historic buildings.
