My interest in music and audio became very clear at an early age.  At the age of 13, I got my first electric guitar; $75 from the Orange County Swap Meet (I was hooked!).  By the2002 Del Mar Fair age of 15, I was producing my first multi-track recordings, by way of 2 tape recorders and a line level mixer. In my early teens, I started playing in bands in my local town.

After high school, and during college, I became more serious about music. In 1988, a band I was in for years, The Voices, landed a huge record deal with MCA records...cool, but I had quit only 3 months earlier!  I did co-write 5 songs on their debut album, so it was not a total loss.  Shortly after that(1989), another band I had helped form (and stayed in!), Outlaw Blood, got their own record deal with Atco / Atlantic.  We recorded and released our self titled album in 1991.  We did a video for MTV and all, and the album did well in some regions of the U.S. but not well enough to sustain the 5 of us...so off to work I go.  I landed a job with Exxel Audio in San Diego working as an engineer (I am still currently working there).  During the last 10+ years, I've recorded several records, most notably, a record with the Vineyard Music Group entitled The New Breed Worship Band.  This was the most enjoyable record I have ever worked on...a truly great and blessed time.

During this whole era... I've been working with and producing various friends, artists andCirca 1988 Bachanal Club? bands.  This brings me to the present, and the formation of broken heel music.  Broken Heel Music is allowing me 1995 New Breed Worship Band to fulfill my passion in production, creativity and writing.  I am also still actively playing and can be seen playing around the San Diego area with my band Sugarfoot, as well as, in various worship bands.  God is Good all the time!
