  • Deep (Hot) Stone Therapyutilizing heated stones to soften tight muscles, trigger points, and soothe chronic muscle pain while lessening discomfort during therapy.  Also used with Swedish relaxation massage to de-stress and relax with the added warmth from smooth stones being pressed against the skin.

  • Deep Tissue Massage releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. It is called deep tissue, because it also focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

  • East Indian Head Massage (Champissage) – massage of upper back, shoulders, neck, head & face. Seated in a regular chair, performed through the clothing, it is designed to balance the body’s subtle energy systems. Stimulating circulation of the scalp, helping relieve tension & fatigue, it is a great introduction to massage. (Hair needs to be left loose to allow freedom of movement).

  • Integrated Energy Therapy® (Advanced Level) is an attunement based energy therapy system.

  • Pregnancy Massage Acquire special skills in working from preconception massage through pregnancy and labor to post partum massage. Contraindications, proper positioning, and specific routine are covered.

  • Reiki II(pronounced Ray-Key) is a method of natural healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy (the name literally means Universal Life Force Energy).  Assists the body in healing itself by bringing body, mind and spirit into proper alignment.

  • Swedish Relaxation Massagea system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints.
