Mrs. Tondelayo Terwilliger in the family rowboat. This was the final photograph taken of her, as she vanished sometime that afternoon while swimming.

When the lake was dragged, only her feet and hands were found. The bones were scored with the marks of large teeth.

Her husband was institutionalized, as all he could do was rock back and forth and mutter "The eyes!"

Mrs. Libby's House

Mrs. Libby's House was a favored haunt of many of Arkham's male population in the 1920s and 1930s.

One of three houses funded by Iona Eppwhissle, it served our community for many years.

Mrs. Libby herself is shown standing outside with the traditional red lamp.
