Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and bank wires. 50% of the rental amount is due when you make your reservation, and the balance is due and/or will be charged one month before you arrive.
Security Deposits
A security deposit equal to the rent is required. If you are paying by credit card, you agree that any damages to the house other than normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card. If you are paying by cash or check, your security deposit must be received one month before your stay begins. The security deposit will be refunded as soon as possible, and definitely within three weeks after your stay, if there is no damage and the unit is left in a clean condition.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 60 days or more before your stay begins, 50% of your rental deposit is refundable when/if we re-rent the unit. If you cancel 30-60 days before your stay begins, your entire rental deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations less than 30 days before your stay begins, 50% of the total rent will be returned if we are able to re-rent the unit.
