Projector w/o tweaking for brightness. core essentials.

First shot. Did not have time to focus b/c the light would melt my lens b/c I havent installed the Anti heat. I also have not maxed the brightness. Need to dark out the room except

for the picture to make it even better.. still tons of work to do.. but still is sweet!

Anit heat installed and back reflector installed. 1/2 focusing done.

Spraypainted the inside black and removed the anti glair from my LCD.. (had to soak the top of my lcd with a wet paper towel.. so much fun.. so easy)

I wish it was a little brighter.. the dark scenes are just to dark imo.. still have to work on that.. Can't wait to get a long DVI cable to REALLY see what this puppy can do.
