Jamie Swann CD(DONA), LCCE, is the  Director of Certification for DONA International.  She has worked as a doula in multiple surroundings, including hospital programs, private practice and research settings.  Jamie has trained with author, doula, childbirth educator and DONA International founder, Penny Simkin, PT.  Jamie has been working as a doula since 1992.  Jamie has trained doulas in a variety of venues, cultures and countries.

 

Jamie’s 17.5 hour DONA International approved training focuses on the importance of birth in the role of the woman and her family.  The small group based training allows for a personalized learning environment and weekend you will not soon forget.
