Through the air so blue and fair
came horrifying blasts--
that rocked a New York City pair
of structures tall and vast!
Firefighters fought a fiery blaze
to rescue folks in fear,
through all the rage and smoky haze
they also fought back tears.
The sky before- was gleaming bright--
now wroth with smoke and fumes;
that rose above the screams of fright-
in black gigantic plumes;
from towers that had symbol traits;
two monuments in time;
two stalwarts that assimilates
our liberties sublime!
Brought down by men of evil minds-
who targets freedom's choice,
still living in medieval times
with terror in their voice.
Now we shall ne'er forget their act
that stood us all aghast,
but now we're back upon a track
where victory will surpass;
where all the world remembers clear
long after war has past;
'cause justice fans the embers there
still glowing in the ash!
