New SNPs from the Walk through
the Y Project or recent research
The word "appropriate" below indicates what type
of G person is needed to define the
boundaries of this new SNP test. Testing
of those in subgroups already defined as positive
for the SNP are
welcome to test, but their tests will not help experiementally to define the
boundaries
of these new SNPs.
Those in subgroups already found
positive for the new SNP are presumed to have the same
positive
result.
A different situation exists where the boundaries are known but
one has never tested for the
predicted category. Such
testing is no longer experimental.
An asterisk indicates negativity
for all known SNP-defined subgroups of a category.
The
term "ungrouped" means that person does not belong to that
category's SNP-defined
subgroups or the subgroups defined by a marker value
oddity.

section.
Choose advanced orders, and they will be listed near the top of the SNP
section.
These tests are technically reported as ancestral or derived.
