Grecian Skillet Ribeyes

2          * 1" inch well trimmed Ribeye Steaks

 

1          tablespoon olive oil

 

1          tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

 

2          tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

 

1          tablespoon chopped * Columadi Olives

 

             * Lemon Slices

 

            **** SEASONING ****

 

1 1/2    teaspoons garlic powder

 

1 1/2    teaspoons dried, crushed basil

 

1 1/2    teaspoons dried, crushed oregano

 

1/2       teaspoon salt

 

1/4       teaspoon pepper

 

 

  Combine all the spices well and press onto both sides of the steaks evenly. Heat olive oil in a skillet then add steaks and cook on both sides approximately 5 minutes per side for rare.   Remove the steaks and drizzle them with the lemon juice.
