What is a pastel?
According to the Arizona Pastel Association, "Pastels are made from pure powdered pigment, mixed with water and binders, then made into a fine paste and rolled into sticks and dried. Many famous artists used pastels. Leonardo Da Vinci, Monet, Toulouse-Lautrec to name a few. There work is exhibited in museums and collections around the world. When framed archivally, pastel paintings are permanent and vibrant and last for generations.

Are your pastels original works or reproductions?
Some images are available in their original form. Some have been sold and are now available as fine art prints. Images can be reproduced as giclee prints on 100% cotton paper, ph neutral and acid free. They can also be printed on stretched canvas with a protective coating added. Sizes may vary.
