These wood animal puzzles are not really that hard to make and lot of fun. Kids love them, and they sell real good at the craft shows!
Here is the wood puzzle tarantula.
Something new, I've recently figured a better way to make the first cut on most of my puzzle animals, if you've made any before, click here. Also, a way to slow down throwing so much of that expensive wood away as waste, click here. I've also recently completed two "How to do it" step by step DVDs, one for the Cobra, and one for the snake and lizard combined. Click here for more information. I've been making and selling these wood animal puzzles for some time now, my own designs. I use hard maple for most of them but have used walnut and lately I've been having a lot of fun with cherry wood. Click here to see how to make the spider legs easily! I have another web site just for rubber band guns, with plans to the various rubber band guns I've made, take a look at Las Vegas Rubber Band Guns.
I finally figured out how to clamp the bigger projects for the top to bottom cuts to keep them straight!
