These plans run $8.50 postage paid in the USA. I use a 4 inch X 36 inch sander and a dremel rotary tool. Also a drill press and a bandsaw with a 1/8 inch blade, I'm sure a scrollsaw would work too. Be sure to check out my idea for the Clamp Assistant.

After adding an open mouth to my dinosaurs I decided to try it with the baby alligator. I whacked out and sanded one and made the first 2 (new) cuts, gives him an open mouth. At first look I thought no... it looks dumb. I was commited to finish it anyway, so I did. The new cuts, at least the second cut made for a rather easily broken puzzle piece so I added wood hardener. After he was completely done I thought no... Next morning though, hey! Pretty neat! I'll include these 2 new puzzle cuts too in case you want to try it, I've really grown to like him! The plans are still only $8.50 postpaid in the USA.
