Hi Leonard. Just received the DVD in the mail this afternoon and I immediately watched it. No criticism here. It's 10 times better than anything I expected! Really... you did a phenomenal job with it. Everything was clear and concise. DEFINITELY worth every penny. I'm glad I didn't try to tackle the cobra without it. I guess the only thing that I would have wished different... maybe a welcome at the beginning showing your face. Sounds weird I know, but something to make it a little more personal instead of a voice attached to just arms and elbows. Maybe keep that in mind with your other vids. YOU may not think people want to see your face, but they really do in a vid like this. Thanks a lot for your great product!!!! I'll be sure to send you a picture of my first one (should I ever actually find the time to get to one!) Scott R.

Good Morning Leonard. Just a note from the wet, stormy, flooding north west. The Cobra dvd arrived on Wed. I had a quick look at it between interruptions. I like what I saw and it certainly gave me a clearer idea as to how to proceed. I have a few suggestions in my scattered notes and when I view the dvd again I'll send them to you. You did a great job. I'd say you are a man of many talents and admire your ambition. Catch you later. Roger H.

Well Len I thought the DVD was very informative. I could see how the parts fit together, and it was much easier to understand seeing how it was done. I was lost before with just the written instructions. I am a visual man. It will be a challenge to try this, but I have more confidence after seeing the DVD. Snake on. Mike E.
