And last, twist and pull the fins, then the eye, he'll come apart one piece at a time. These plans run $8.50 postage paid in the USA. It isn't that hard to construct, no carving, only sawing and sanding. I'm sure a scrollsaw would work, but I use a bandsaw with a 1/8 inch blade, a 4 inch X 36 inch sander and a Dremel rotary tool. A drill press helps too...
