Here he is, completely finished except for a mount. And a few woodburned dots... No carving, just sanding.

Here he is mounted on a piece of framed plywood, I kind of like this idea. Notice how he sticks out from the frame. Neat, huh? You can use this plan for a puzzle trout, or just a 'carved' trout, or paint him and mount him with driftwood or on a wood plaque to hang on the wall.
These plans run $8.50 postage paid in the USA. It isn't that hard to construct, no carving, only sawing and sanding. I'm sure a scrollsaw would work, but I use a bandsaw with a 1/8 inch blade, a 4 inch X 36 inch sander and a Dremel rotary tool. A drill press helps too...
