50 Round M1&C&R

Double your pleasure and double your fun with two matches rolled into one. The M1&C&R Match combines the JC Garand M-1 and the Curio and Relic matches. The Match is fired from the 200 yard markers using the 200 yard SR target. The match is geared towards older military issued equipment, but all rifles are welcome. The 'B' course of fire is utilized. There are five sighters, then 50 shots for record (slow prone, rapid prone, rapid sitting, slow standing). Reduce range targets are available for modern rifles.

Rapid fire times are adjusted for gun type. Auto loading guns get 60 seconds for rapid sitting and 70 seconds for rapid prone. Ten seconds are added to the time for manual bolt guns.

Prizes are available for every 5 guns competing in each catagory.

Shooters provide their own equipment and ammo (55 rounds minimum). Target pullers are sometimes available for a fee ($0.20 per shot nominal).
