set in the 1890's about a Pony Express
courier and his horse Hidalgo
plus Disney is spending $60 million

We start here

First thing to do is cover the parking lot with dirt and water for the grass

then add a tent or two

Start building a New York harbor and bring in some horse's

This is just a false front of the building
