Bushing Info

1987-1996 Jeep Wrangler leaf spring bushings fit inside 1.5 x 0.120 tubing.

GM full-size rear spring bushings fit are 1.5" in diameter and fit in 1.75 x 0.120 tubing

Calculate drill speeds

RPM = (4 x Cutting Speed) / Drill Diameter

Cutting Speeds:

  • Aluminum - 250
  • 1020 CRS (Mild Steel) - 100
  • 1045 HRS (Hot Rolled Steel) - 80

    K5 and Suburban tank dimensions.

    25 gallon: 28.75 x 28.125 x 10.75
    31 gallon: 28.75 x 28.125 x 12.75

    Tie Rod Ends (TREs) and Drag Link Ends (DLEs)

  • ES2010L $25.99 pass side tie rod
  • ES2234R $23.99 driver side tie rod
  • ES2027L $18.99 high misalignment drag link end
  • ES2026R $20.99 high misalignment drag link end

    ES2010L is Dodge, GM is ES2233L but it is longer and has a hole for the stabilizer which makes it weaker.

    1310 - 3.250 x ???
    1330 - 3.625 x 1.125 OR 1.063
    1350 - 3.625 x 1.188
    1410 - 4.250 x 1.188
