Howard
VIRGINIA
HOWARD, who earned BA and MA degrees from the University
of
Alabama, is an
editor/web-designer at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, and is founder
and editor of THEMA literary journal,
a theme-related short story/poetry magazine.
She and her sister-in-law, Gail Howard, are the authors of Death
by Unches (Hilliard and Harris, 2003) and Death by the Reel
(Hilliard and Harris, 2005), written in collaboration under the
pseudonym “H. O. Ward.” The third
book in the series is under development. Her duties at LSU
include producing full-color artwork, featuring tigers, for the
alumni holiday greeting card each year.
