Over $4000 in Trophies and Prizes will be given to the top guns of the series. The awards presentation will be at the 1st Annual Turkey Derby at the Heat of Georgia Speedway on the 27th of November. Gates will open at noon.
6 November, 2004 Graphics by Todd in Americus Georgia signs on to support the 2004 Central Georgia Shootout! Todd Davis of Graphics by Todd is donating a graphics setup to be added to the prize pool for the Shootout. We will be giving away over $4000 in trophies and prizes to the top three in each class on the 27th of November at the First Annual Turkey Derby run at the Heart of Georgia Speedway. Look for this to be a big event!
31 October, 2004 The 1st Annual Turkey Derby at Heart of Georgia Speedway November 27th! $300 to win the adult classes and $200 to win in the restricted classes for the Saturday races. Contact me if you have any questions or suggestions. The awards for The 2004 Central Georgia Shootout will be presented then.
17 October, 2004 Heart of Georgia Speedway to host the "1st Annual Turkey Derby" Plans are in their final stages for The Turkey Derby at Heart of Georgia. More details to be released this week.
11 October, 2004 KartShirts.com is the newest sponsor to join the Shootout! Mark Wilson of KartShirts.com announced today that KartShirts.com will donate "'Nuff Said!" T-shirts to the series prize kitty.
