| Adrian
Played by Sian Phillips Adrian is the 'mother' of all the Sections (AG) but (according to Walter, AG) was ousted years ago by Operations. George values her (GOH) and Michael holds her safely tucked away as his 'ace-in-the-hole' implement of blackmail against Operations (VOTG). In the past, Adrian served Section by analyzing intelligence, utilizing game theory, producing scenarios. She once performed the functions that would today be served by a Cray super computer. Adrian overcame the Gelman process performed on her and engineered a nearly successful coup of Section One (AG, EG). Later, she assisted Michael in his quest to reverse the Gelman process done to Nikita. Adrian showed considerable intelligence and fortitude in her victory over the mental adjustments she had been subjected to, but ultimately she lost that fight. Her memory gone, now she lives in a country house with supervised care arranged by Michael, waiting there as insurance should he need her in his maneuverings with Operations (VOTG, ITLG). |

Davenport
Played by Lawrence Bayne With Michael demoted in a vain effort to curb his relationship with Nikita, Davenport, a cold-op, took the lead on missions. He showed his respect for Michael and his plight, however, deferring to Michael's greater knowledge during a mission rather than follow the strict 'chain-of-command' (TPR). Davenport does follow orders, however, and despite his show of respect for Michael, did carry out Operations' cancellation orders (PWF) and attempted to execute the Level Five Operative in his office (GOOR). |

Devos
or The Torture Twins
Played by Lindsay Collins and Josh Holliday Known as the Torture Twins, Frick & Frack, or Devo 1 and Devo 2, one thing remains constant about these two characters: they are a frightening pair. Assistants to Madeline, they are the people who apply pain until cooperation comes forth from any hapless victim strapped in the chair. Only once have we seen them leave Section One, and never have we heard the male of the pair speak. According to information revealed at LCA3, they now have names: Henry and Elizabeth. |
| George
Played by David Hemblen George rules Oversight. It is George to whom Operations must unhappily answer, George who limits Section One's activities (TPR). Since their involvement with Adrian's disappearance after her failed coup of Section One, Operations and Madeline have been especially wary around George, who has much affection for Adrian. The enmity between George and Operations has escalated into full-blown war. Both have attempted not only blackmail (TET) on the other, but also assassination (VOTG, DACP). |
| Greg Hillinger
Played by Kris Lenche Greg Hillinger was recruited by Section One because of his uncanny intelligence. He was forced to remain because of his curious and ambitious nature (FL). Since finishing his indoctrination, he has bedeviled Birkoff in Comm (OTB), on separate occasions saved or caused unnecessary deaths of opertives in the field (AMN, TET), been placed in abeyance and blown up... all actions seemingly used as a cover-up to his true identity: George's agent (TET). For now, Hillinger is at Oversight with George. |

Jason
Crawford
Played by Matthew Ferguson With the flip of a coin, Jason was granted the freedom to live life outside Section One. After Birkoff discovers Jason's existance, he contacts his twin, which eventually leads to Jason's recruitment into Section. For more information about Jason, visit his page. Also, read about his brother, Birkoff. |

Kate
Quinn
Played by Cindy Dolenc Quinn takes Birkoff's place in Comm in the episode, Sleeping With the Enemy, performing her job with determination and a cool head that shows she could go far in Section. |
| Mick Schtoppel
Played by Carlo Rota Section One uses Mick Schtoppel for his ability to move freely in the world, or in his own words, ‘savoir faire’. In a more realistic (if derogatory) manner, Nikita names him for what he is: a "lowlife informant". We first saw him working as a liaison with the enemy (Gray). He now enjoys a higher profile on the show as Nikita's neighbor (ONJ), and occasionally as Section One's tool for keeping tabs on the tall blonde (GOOR). In a surprise twist, the end of Season Four reveals that Mick is none other than the mysterious Mr. Jones, the head of Center (LITS, FLYF)
