includes the repair and upgrade of PC's and network hardware within the
organization. Includes but not limited to: various drive types(hard, floppy,

network connections. Troubleshoot software; includes but not limited to:
software applications and business suites, operating systems (Windows NT,
Windows 95, and DOS), drivers, and utilities.

- Demonstrate understanding of data
communications concepts for LAN's and participate in their support.
- Empower end users by training and educating them when repairing their PCs.
- Provide on-call support and participate in the on-call rotation
- Qualifications: Working knowledge NT 4.0, Windows
95/98, DOS, printers/fax, Office 97, Windows 2000 and Office 2000.
Background in technical customer support Associates degree or equivalent
job related experience/knowledge as determined by management One to three
years PC software and hardware experience based on management discretion
