CONCERNING THE LITTLE
UNDERSTOOD PROPHETIC EVENTS Have
you been watching the news lately? Some very disturbing news is taking place.
Now I suppose that you think that I am referring to the war in Afghanistan and
the war in Iraq. Truly, they are very important end-time events.
You also might think that I am referring to the venom, hatred and
downright disrespect that is being openly exhibited by the Democrats and even
Republicans toward President George Bush. The whole panorama of the government
as well as the nation is totally sick from the head to the foot. Yes, that also
is quite important.
Then you might think that I may be speaking about the continued hype
about the movie and music stars with all of their regalia along with the
continual focus upon the death of Anna Nicole Smith, evidently a harlot. The
whole gambit is totally sickening and reveals the depths of wickedness, evil,
iniquity and sin to which we have descended. Yes, all of these stories are
important to reveal what is now coming upon this world and why. These along with
a long list of other things describes how we have degenerated in these last days
and is setting the stage for the wrath of Yahweh to be poured out upon this
earth.
But there are a couple of stories that are only mentioned somewhat in
passing. I can tell you most assuredly that these two stories are of most
serious consequences and go along with Scriptural prophecies.
The first story is the alarming disappearance of honey bees in Europe and
the Unites States. Bee keepers are being shocked out of their shoes because when
they go to open their dormant hives in preparation for the upcoming pollen feast
this spring, their hives are empty. The rate of disappearance is alarming from
30% to 70% or even 80%.
Do you realize the disaster that this can cause? Most fruits and nuts
along with vegetables and grains depend upon pollination by the honeybee in
order to survive and produce. This means that fully one third (1/3) or more of
our table foods may simply vanish.
What could be causing this? We could speculate that it might be because
magnetic north is shifting out of Canada toward Russia. It has been reported
recently that some migratory birds have seemed to become disoriented and ended
up in places where they had never been seen before. It could also be brought
about by genetic engineering of our food sources. The seed companies, in their
greed to corner the seed market, have been developing “Terminator Seeds”,
which produces plants that will not generate a second generation seed-line.
Plants produce pollen along with seeds and the pollen generated by these plants
could be devastating the honey bees.
Another very good reason could be that we are nearing the end of six
thousand years of man’s misrule under the influence of the deceptive old
serpent Satan the devil (Rev. 12:9). We are now in the throes of the end of one
age and the beginning of a new age, which will soon be ushered in by Yahweh when
He sends Yahshua to begin His world ruling kingdom, HalleluYah! THE
SEALS
It appears to this author that the third seal spoken of in the book of
Revelation chapter six has just been stripped away or soon will be. We can
actually trace the time that the first two seals were stripped away.
The first seal had to do with the Roman Empire and the Caesars. Augustus
set the stage when he was declared to be Pontifex
Maximus,
but Constantine certainly confirmed it when he entered into the New Testament
Assembly, took over as its Pontifex
Maximus and
began to dictate how the worshippers were to serve their Creator. He stripped
them of all of the identifying signs including the true names of the Father and
Son, and gave them other signs, such as Sunday worship, the pagan Roman
holidays, Valentine’s day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc., rather than the
Sabbath, holy days, commandments, etc.
This was the first seal with a rider on a white horse with a bow in his
hand going forth conquering and to conquer. The bow was associated with Nimrod,
Ishmael and Esau. The worship of Nimrod was the religion of Egypt and Babylon
(the roots do go deeper, however). Rome and the Roman Empire is the world ruling
dictatorship of the descendants of Esau.
The white horse is not only the symbol of a conquering hero, but white is
the scriptural color for righteousness. Thus, the horseman on his white horse is
going forth, forcibly converting the world to his brand of religion. Such is the
story of Rome and her dictators, the Caesars.
The second seal had to do with a rider on a red horse who was given a
“great sword.” A great sword means a great war and that is exactly what
World War I was called, “The Great War.”
The red horse was an indication of a spiritual message, which, to this
author, has to do with a certain “Red Doctrine” called COMMUNISM, that began
to be proclaimed throughout the world. It was during the First World War that
the Communist doctrine took over Russia, which led to the Second World War and
countless numbers of wars since that time.
Hitler and his henchmen really began their arms race and build-up because
of the Communist doctrine, but then they became greedy for power and territory
and the rest is history. Since World War II we have had the Cold War, the Korean
War, the Vietnamese War and countless other conflicts all over the globe. The
“red” Communist doctrine has kept the whole world in armed conflict, arms
race and arms build-up since WWI. ISLAM
You might think that the Islamic conflict that we are now facing is
something new to the world, but you would be sadly mistaken. Islam was raised up
to bring judgment upon Judaism and Christianity because of their turning away
from Yahweh to idolatry. Constantine entered into the New Testament Assembly
corrupting its values and worship. Judaism had already been corrupted as is
revealed in the evangel accounts. (Mt. 3:7-10, 23:33; Lk. 3:7; Jn. 8:44)
But the doctrine of Communism is the third in succession of two other
doctrines. The first is Humanism. Humanism teaches that there is no Elohim other
than man. Man is the pinnacle of the atheistic, evolutionary doctrine. Man has
the power to solve all of his problems without the intervention of a
supernatural Creator. The
second teaching in succession is that of Socialism. Socialism seeks to force the
great goodness and social values of man upon his fellows. The law of Yahweh is
cast behind in favor of the supposedly “right rulings” of man. This is the
result imbibing of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Man took to
himself the power to determine what is right and wrong, good and evil. Finally,
the pure “red” doctrine of Communism is the outcome of the first two.
Communism is similar to “democracy.” In a democratic government supposedly
the people rule. Of course, the people are skillfully manipulated by the super
rich and powerful so that the overall majority of mankind is reduced to slavery.
The delicious “red” doctrine was the brain child of Marx and Engels,
Jews. It was fed to the Russian people, who, this author believes, can be
ultimately traced to Esau, Edom (Red). Thus, we have a repeat of the story of
Jacob feeding Esau that delicious “red” soup. Esau was nicknamed Edom, which
means “red.”
The Communists are very adept at infiltrating the most important learning
and religious institutions, as well as governmental positions. Joseph McCarthy
discovered Communist agents in the U. S. State Department, as well as many other
places, especially Hollywood and even in churches. When he began to expose them
for who they were, a media blitz was embarked upon to demonize and destroy him
and his efforts. Two important and key elements in this demonization were Edward
R. Morrow and none other than Prescott Bush, father of George H. W. Bush and
grandfather of George W. Bush.
It is also evident that the Communist agents have penetrated Islam in
these last days. Islam was raised up to bring judgment upon idolatry. If you
will notice how Communism has emblazoned its great heroes with poster pictures
everywhere one looks in Communist countries, you will notice that much of Islam
is involved with the same tactics in their countries.
Lenin, Stalin, Mao and others were emblazoned throughout Russia and
China. North Korea reminds people of its leader everywhere one looks. Iran and
Iraq, Islamic countries, are also very diligent to portray pictures of their
great Mullahs all over their countries. This tactic has been very effective in
the Islamic states. These pictures are primarily posted to not only remind
people who their great ones are, but to instill fear and terror into their
hearts.
Christianity, Judaism and Islam are religions and most or many of their
adherents are very fervent and ardent in their beliefs, even though there is
great error and corruption in their tenets. But atheism, Humanism, Socialism,
and Communism are also theoretical faiths whose adherents are blind zealots.
They have captured the classrooms of our universities, colleges and primary
schools and are working on the minds of young un-opinionated, unformed, mushy
minds, who then turn off to the truth found evident in the Scriptures.
The riders of the first and second seals have done their jobs very
effectively. The primary job of the rider of the first seal was to wage war
against the saints of Yahweh and Yahshua prevailing over them, “I beheld, and
the same horn made
war with the saints, and prevailed against them,”
Dan. 7:21. “And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of
transgression, and it
cast down the truth to the ground;
and it practised, and prospered...And his power shall be mighty, but not by his
own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and
shall destroy the mighty and the holy people,”
Dan. 8:12, 24. “And when they shall have finished their testimony, the
beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and
shall overcome them, and kill them...And
it
was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them:
and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations...These
shall make war with the Lamb,
and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Sovereign of sovereigns, and King of
kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful...And I
saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together
to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army,”
Rev. 11:7, 13:7, 17:14, 19:19.
With the disappearance of the honey bees along with an earth that is
supposedly heating up, the next seal has evidently been stripped away, or is
being made ready to strip away, which has to do with famine. Once famine begins
to lurk throughout the world, then the fourth seal will be stripped away more
quickly. After all, war and famine bring about death and hell (the grave).
The fourth seal has to do with death and the grave which will consume, as
it is presented in the King James English, a fourth part of the earth, but this
author believes that it should have been interpreted to mean the four parts of
the earth. In other words, no part of the earth will escape the curse of this
famine, death, destruction, etc. If you think that the World Wars have had a
detrimental effect, you just haven’t seen anything yet. APOPHIS
The next thing that I want to address is the appearance of an asteroid in
the heavens. It was discovered on June 19, 2004 and given the designation 2004MN4.
Once its orbit was established about one year later, it was given the permanent
number 99942, which made it eligible to be named. It was subsequently named Apophis.
Furthermore, it was at first suspected to possibly be on a course that
would cause it to collide with the earth in 2029. Later it was decided that its
close encounter with the earth in 2029 could bring it close to a
“gravitational key-hole” that could possibly set up an impact around April
13, 2036.
Apophis
is another name for Apep,
the Egyptian god of darkness and evil. In accordance with Egyptian mythology, Apophis
was continually seeking to destroy the light of the sun. In Egyptian Mythology, Apep (also spelled Apepi,
and Aapep,
or Apophis
in Greek) was an evil
demon, the deification of darkness and chaos
(isfet in Egyptian), and thus opponent of light and
order/truth). As the personification of all that was evil, Apep was seen as a giant snake, crocodile,
serpent, or in later years, in a few
cases, as a dragon,
leading to titles such as Serpent from the Nile,
and Evil lizard. Therefore
we must conclude that Apophis is none other than the personification of Satan
the Devil.
He had a head made of flint. (Most of the
information tendered in this article is taken from Wikipedia,
an Internet encyclopedia.) A head made of flint would be esoteric spiritual
language for simply being what we call in modern terminology, hard-headed. But
that is also exactly what an asteroid is composed of, rock. ASTEROIDS
The word asteroid comes from the Greek language and
means “star-like.” Asteroids are heavenly bodies, but have no ability to
really produce light. Putting this into spiritual terms, it means that they are
like stars, but in reality, they are
imposters. This is an apt description of the one called Satan and his messengers
for Paul writes, “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an
angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be
transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to
their works,” 2 Cor. 11:14-15.
While Satan and his angels, messengers, ministers
appear as angels of light, they are actually workers of destruction, going
against truth and order much like what the asteroid named Apophis
will do if it strikes the earth. As long as it is in heaven, it appears
heavenly, star-like, but cast it to the Earth and the results will be chaos,
confusion, destruction. It
has been estimated that if Apophis does strike the earth it will release 880 megatons of
energy. The 1883 eruption of Krakatoa was the equivalent of
roughly 200 megatons. It’s eruption was so devastating, sending dust and ash into the
atmosphere that there was no summer the following year. Many died of starvation
because of crop failures. REVELATION 9
The book of Revelation chapter nine reveals, “And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star (the word
asteroid means “star-like.”) fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was
given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there
arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by
reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was
given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them
that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing,
neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of Yahweh in their
foreheads. And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that
they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a
scorpion, when he striketh a man. And in those days shall men seek death, and
shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. And
the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on
their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces
of men. And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the
teeth of lions. And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and
the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to
battle. And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their
tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. And they had a king over
them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue
is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
Apolloyn means “the destroyer.” Abaddon comes
from two Hebrew words abad and adon,
which means “sovereign or lord of destruction.” Apep
or Apophis is Egyptian for “the destroyer!”
Notice the similarity to the Egyptian Apophis. The
sun and air are darkened by the smoke that comes out of the pit. This is what
Apophis was always seeking to do, destroy, take away the light of the sun. THE ABYSS
An abyss (Greek: a-, privative, bussos, bottom) is a bottomless depth; hence any deep place.
The word is usually used to refer to a pit; to the deepest ocean floor; or to
hell.
In the Greek version of the Old Testament the word
represents both the original chaos (Genesis i.2) and the Hebrew tehom
[Gen. 1:("a surging water-deep"), which is used also in apocalyptic
and kabbalistic literature and in the New Testament for hell; the place of
punishment; in the Revised (not the Authorized) version of the Bible
"abyss" is generally used for this idea. Primarily in the Septuagint
Cosmography the word is applied both to the waters under the earth which
originally covered it, and from which the springs and rivers are supplied and to
the waters of the firmament which were regarded as closely connected with those
below.
Derivatively, from the general idea of depth, it
acquired the meaning of the place of the dead, though apparently never quite the
same as Sheol. In the Book of
Revelation it is the prison of evil spirits whence they may occasionally be let
loose, and where Satan is doomed to spend 1000 years.
Beneath the altar in the temple of Jerusalem there
was believed to be a passage which led down to the abyss of the world, where the
foundation-stone of the earth was laid. In rabbinical cosmography the abyss is a
region of Gehenna
situated below the ocean bed and divided into three or seven parts imposed one
above the other. In the Kabbalah the abyss as the opening into the lower world
is the abode of evil spirits, and corresponds to the opening of the abyss to the
world above. In general the abyss is regarded vaguely as a place of indefinite
extent, the abode of mystery and sorrow. THE TIMELINE
Moses was a type of Yahshua the Messiah. After Moses was utilized to
deliver the people from the land of Egypt into the wilderness, he ascended upon
the mount to receive instructions from Yahweh. He was there for forty days and
nights and while there, the people coerced the High Priest Aaron to make a
golden calf and began to worship the calf as Yahweh, the Elohim Who delivered
them out of Egypt.
The people were eventually banished to wander in
the wilderness for forty years until the generation of unbelief died off. Forty
is a very important number in Scriptural history and implications.
Another important number is fifty. That is the
number for jubilee, liberty and freedom. Yahshua ascended into the heavens forty
days after the completion of His sacrifice. He sent the Holy Spirit to His
disciples on the day of Pentecost, which is determined by counting fifty days
from the day after the regular Sabbath during the days of Unleavened Bread.
This author has postulated that Yahshua’s tenure
in the heavens will probably be a multiplication of forty times fifty years (40
X 50), which equals to two thousands years.
The dates of 2029 and 2036 are very interesting
indeed!
This author has also suspected for quite sometime
that Yahshua’s ministry was a seven year ministry. I know that most declare it
to have been a three and one half year ministry (3-1/2), but the number for
spiritual perfection and completion is seven. Yahshua came not only for
physical, but spiritual purposes. He came to offer Himself as a physical
sacrifice for our sins, but at the same time, He came to raise up a body of
believers, albeit still physical in this world, but who would be able to worship
Yahweh in Spirit and in Truth. (Jn. 4:23-24)
Yahshua had to be baptized, face the temptations of
Satan the Devil and overcome him before He could begin His ministry. Shortly
thereafter, He went to Jerusalem and cleansed the temple during Passover and the
days of Unleavened Bread (Jn. 2:15-25).
At the end of His ministry, He returned to
Jerusalem to once again cleanse the temple during Passover and the days of
Unleavened Bread (Mat. 21:1-13). It is obvious that He began His ministry by
cleansing the temple during the Passover season and concluded His ministry by
once again cleansing the temple during the Passover season just before His
sacrifice. (Mt. 21:1-13) Therefore, His ministry was fully completed not in a
3-1/2 year period, but rather a three, four, five, six or seven year ministry.
We choose to believe that it was a seven year ministry for spiritual perfection
and completion.
If His ministry began in 29 BCE, 2,000 years later
would be 2029. If His ministry was a seven year ministry, then it was completed
in 36 BCE. Two thousand years (2,000) from 36 BCE is 2036. Is this coincidence,
or is this by plan?
We all know that we are getting very close to the
end of the age. Most people call it the “end of the world,” but it isn’t
the total end of all things, but only the transition from one age to another. It
will be the end of the world for many people because there will be a great deal
of destruction, but there will be those whose lives are preserved to be able to
live on into the new age. We also know that the end of this age and the
beginning of the next will be the time when the saints of Yahshua will be
resurrected to live and reign with Him in the millennium of peace. DANIEL’S
PROPHECY
Believe it or not, Daniel’s prophecy found in chapter 9 does seem to
corroborate this timeline concept.
Daniel was told, “Seventy weeks are determined
upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make
an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in
everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint
the most Holy. Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the
commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall
be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again,
and the wall, even in troublous times. And after threescore and two weeks shall
Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall
come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with
a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. And he shall
confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he
shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading
of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that
determined shall be poured upon the desolate,” Dan. 9:24-27.
I know that this date can be disputed, but I have
had the date for the going forth of the commandment to rebuild Jerusalem and the
temple to be 454 BCE. Seven weeks of years is 7 X 7 = 49 years. Three score and
two weeks is 62 X 7 = 434 years. 49
+ 434 = 483 - 454 = 29.
Therefore, if Yahshua began His ministry around 29
BCE, and had a seven year ministry, then it ended in 36 BCE. 2000 + 29 = 2029
and 2000 + 36 = 2036. This can’t be happenstance. It has to be by design. A WARNING SHOT?
The date April 13th
along with the timeline, seems to fit another incident that was a prophetic
warning to this world. On the evening of April 14th 1912, the Titanic
was struck. There are some interesting scenarios concerning this ship.
The first thing to focus on is the name, Titanic.
Titanic means “of the Titans.” The Titans were a giant race of beings, the
children of Uranus and Ge (Earth), who rebelled against their father. The
ringleader was Cronus. Uranus, of course, was the personification of heaven, or
the heavenly father, while Ge was mother earth.
All of Cronus’ brothers and sisters who rebelled
against Uranus, were cast down into Tartarus, but Cronus fled away. Tartarus is
mentioned in the Scriptures for the Apostle Peter writes, “For if Yahweh
spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell (Gk. = tartaroo),
and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment,” 2
Pt. 2:4.
It is also interesting that the Prophet Isaiah
speaks about leviathan, “In that day Yahweh with his sore and great and strong
sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he
shall slay the dragon that is in the sea,” Isa. 27:1.
The Hebrew word for “piercing is bariyach,
which is defined as; a fugitive, i.e. the serpent (as fleeing), and the
constellation by that name. (Sounds like Cronus, doesn’t it?)
The Titanic was owned by the White Star Lines.
Their flag was a red background with a white star in its midst. Satan is
represented as an angel of light, of which the white star would be
representative, but he is also presented as a great red dragon (Rev. 12:3).
The spirit of the owners of the Titanic truly was
one of great pride and pomposity, for she was declared to be “unsinkable.”
As a matter of fact, they were so confident and proud of this so-called truth
that the newspapers in glowing articles about her greatness declared, “Even
God can’t sink her.”
It looks like Yahweh knew how to humble the human
spirit, at least momentarily, for on her maiden voyage she struck an iceberg and
the rest is history.
But there is even more to this than meets the eye.
An iceberg is water turned to stone. Water is a type of the Holy Spirit (Jn.
7:37-39). Scripture reveals a stone that is carved out without hands that
strikes the image of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream on its feet and, in effect,
destroys the world’s kingdoms (Dan. 2:34-35, 42-45). The iceberg was carved
out of one of the mountainous northern glaciers without hand.
Thus, the Titanic is a symbol for the great pompous
and rebellious world leaders of today who are in the process of forming a great
world ruling ship of state that will sail upon the waters of humanity as an
unsinkable ship of state.
The iceberg is a stone carved out without hands, a
type of Yahshua, Who will strike this latter day New World Order and, in effect,
overthrow the kingdoms of this world. DEALING
WITH NUMBERS
Furthermore, the Encyclopedia
Britannica, 14th Edition,
Volume 22, published in 1938 reveals that the Titanic had 2,224 passengers on
board of which 1,513 lost their lives leaving 711 survivors. These numbers are
quite significant when we begin to add them across. 2,224 added across is 2 + 2
+ 2 + 4 = 10. 1,513 added across is 1 + 5 + 1 + 3 = 10. Interestingly, both
numbers added across equal to ten. Ten is the number of the final world kingdom
as revealed in the book of Daniel, while the final world kingdom revealed in the
book of Revelation has ten horns and ten crowns
(Rev. 13:1). In the previous chapter of Revelation the serpent Satan has
ten horns (Rev. 12:3).
When we add the number of survivors across 7 + 1 +
1 = 9. This is even more prominent because nine (9), in the spiritual
significance of numbers, is the number for judgment.
Thus, the world has been weighed in the balances
and has been found wanting or lacking, therefore, it must be overthrown.
When Yahweh warned Noah of the impending disaster
that was coming upon the world, He told him that there would only be 120 years
left before the flood would cleanse the earth of the sinful populace (Gen. 6:3).
The Titanic was struck on April 14, 1912 and sent
to the abyss on the morning of April 15, 1912.
What is very interesting concerning the dates of
the asteroid Apophis and its close
encounters with the earth is that both dates are presented as April 13th. On
April 13, 2029, the asteroid will pass close to the gravitational keyhole. If it
passes through the keyhole, then impact will occur on April 13, 2036. If we
deduct 1912 from both dates, 2029 - 1912 = 117; 2036 - 1912 = 124 and then take
the average of the two dates, 117 + 124 = 241 ÷ 2 = 120.5.
Look at that again! Yes, it is 120.5, but that is
approximate. Is it not interesting that the world has begun to focus on the
Titanic, searching for it and locating it, as well as making movies about it. It
is like it has been resurrected from the abyss!
The prophecy concerning the Titanic, therefore, is
that men, influenced by the rebellious spirit of Satan, can think to build great
world systems, which sail upon the waters (spirits) of mankind as great ships of
state. They may think that the societies, nations and kingdoms that they have
raised up are so great that they are unsinkable and indestructible, but
Yahweh’s word reveals that no matter what puny man thinks he can do, the end
result is that Yahweh will bring it to nothing. THE
SHIPS OF TYRE
Yahweh inspired Isaiah to prophesy, “The burden
of Tyre. Howl, ye ships of Tarshish; for it is laid waste, so that there is no house, no
entering in: from the land of Chittim it is revealed to them. Be still, ye inhabitants of the isle; thou whom the
merchants of Zidon, that
pass over the sea, have replenished. And by great waters the seed of Sihor, the
harvest of the river, is her revenue; and she is a mart of nations. Be thou
ashamed, O Zidon: for the sea

forth children, neither do I nourish up young men, nor bring up virgins. As at
the report concerning Egypt, so shall they be sorely pained at the report of
Tyre. Pass

ye inhabitants of the isle. Is this your joyous city, whose antiquity is of
ancient days? her own feet shall carry her afar off to sojourn. Who
hath taken this counsel against Tyre, the crowning city, whose merchants are
princes, whose traffickers are the honourable of the earth? Yahweh of hosts hath purposed it, to stain the pride of
all glory, and to bring into contempt all the honourable of the earth. Pass
through thy land as a river, O daughter of Tarshish: there is no more strength.
He stretched out his hand over the sea, he shook the kingdoms: Yahweh hath given
a commandment against the merchant city, to destroy the strong holds thereof.
And he said, Thou shalt no more rejoice, O thou oppressed virgin, daughter of
Zidon: arise, pass over to Chittim; there also shalt thou have no rest,” Isa. 23:1-12.
What is this prophecy about? Where would Tyre be in
today’s world? Is it important? Absolutely!
Anciently, Tyre was a city of the Sidonians. She
was a most important seaport, but her fame seems to be more than that. It seems
that she was the center of Baal worship and therefore, considered to be a holy
city.
Hiram, king of Tyre, aided David and Solomon in the
construction of the temple of Yahweh at Jerusalem. Later, after the Israelite
nation had split between the northern kingdom of Israel and the southern kingdom
of Judah, Ahab, king of Israel married Jezebel, the daughter of Ethbaal, king of
Tyre, “And Ahab the son of Omri did evil in the sight of the Yahweh above all
that were before him. And it came to pass, as if it had been a light thing for
him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took to wife
Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Zidonians, and went and served Baal,
and worshipped him,” 1 Ki. 16:30-31. THE
TRUTH ABOUT BAAL
It is interesting how the words Ethbaal and Baal
are structured in the Hebrew language. Ethbaal is presented thusly;
l[ebta.
Baal is presented in this manner; l[ebh-ta.
Remember that the Hebrew reads from right to left.
Ethbaal, the father of Jezebel has almost the same identical characters as does
the word Baal in the Hebrew language with only a couple of different characters.
The Hebrew word that has been translated as Baal has a hyphen and an additional
Hebrew letter “hei” (h).
Interestingly, the “hei” added to the so-called name gives the idea of the
English word “the.” Baal means
master, lord or even husband. A study into the term Baal as it appears in the
Scriptures now reveals that, with the “hei” indicating the word “the”,
baal, generally speaking, cannot be a proper noun. It is more of a descriptive
term such as el, elohim, man, etc. Thus, the reading of the Scriptures where the
term baal appears along with the “hei” should have been translated into
“the lord, or the master, or the husband!”
This information reveals the inequities of the
scribes who interpreted the Scriptures, for they took the term “ha-baal”
(the lord) making it appear as if it is a proper noun Baal, and they took the
proper noun Yahweh (hwhy)
and replaced it with “the Lord.” (a more in-depth article will be written
about this later.) ZIDON
AND TYRE’S MOVE
When the Chaldean forces invaded the land under the
direction of Nebuchadnezzar, Tyre was besieged. While Nebuchadnezzar was able to
capture the part of the city that was located on the seashore, the seaport
itself was an isle located about a mile from the coast. Nebuchadnezzar and his
men besieged the city for thirteen years, but had to eventually leave without
having captured the isle portion of the city.
Later, Alexander the Great, who was raised up in
the place of Nebuchadnezzar and the Babylonian kingdom, also besieged the city.
But Alexander was more clever than Nebuchadnezzar. He built a mole from the land
to the isle and subdued and destroyed the seaport.
History reveals that the Tyrians and Zidonians had
already fled the city and the country of Zidon. They established colonies
elsewhere. On the northern coast of Africa, they built the city of Carthage.
They established colonies in Greece, Sicily, Corsica and even beyond the Pillars
of Hercules. They also established a colony in Spain where they built the city
of Tartessus. This is the Tarshish spoken of in the prophecy of Isaiah when he
says of Zidon, “...pass ye over to Tarshish.” But the city of Tyre itself,
passes over to Chittim (Isa. 23:12).
Where is Chittim? Chittim was anciently understood
to primarily be Italy and/or Greece. The city of Tyre passed over to Rome, Italy
in order to become the holy city of Europe. EUROPE
Where did the continent of Europe get its name? The
following information concerning Europe/Europa is taken from the internet
encyclopedia Wikipedia:
The etymology
of her name (ευρυ-
"wide" or
"broad" + οπ–
"eye(s)" or
"face") [2] suggests that
Europa represented a lunar cow, at least at some symbolic level. Metaphorically,
at a later date it could be construed as the intelligent or open-minded,
analogous to glaukopis
(γλαυκώπις)
attributed to Athena.
Sources differ in details regarding her family but
agree that she is Phoenician,
and from a lineage that descended from Io, the mythical nymph
beloved of Zeus, who was transformed into a heifer. She is said to be the
daughter of the Phoenician
King Agenor
and Queen Telephassa
("far-shining") or of Argiope
("white-faced") [3]. Other
sources, such as the Iliad, claim that
she is the daughter of Agenor's son, the "sun-red" Phoenix. It is
generally agreed that she had two brothers, Cadmus,
who brought the alphabet to mainland Greece, and Cilix
who gave his name to Cilicia
in Asia
Minor, with
Apollodorus including Phoenix as a third. After arriving in Crete, Europa had
three sons: Minos,
Rhadamanthus,
and Sarpedon.
She married Asterion
also rendered Asterius.
According to mythology, her children were fathered by Zeus.
There were two competing myths
[4] relating how
Europa came into the Hellenic world, but they agreed that she came to Crete,
where the sacred bull was paramount. In the more familiar telling she was seduced
by the god
Zeus
in the form of a bull and carried away to Crete on his back— to be welcomed by
Asterion
[5], but according
to a more literal, euhemerist
version in Herodotus,
she was kidnapped
by Minoans, who
likewise were said to have taken her to Crete. The mythical Europa cannot be
separated from the mythology of the sacred bull, which
had been worshipped in the Levant.
According to legend, Zeus was enamored of her and
decided to seduce
or rape
her, the two being near-equivalent in Greek myth. He transformed himself into a
white bull and mixed in with her father's herds. While Europa and her female
attendants were gathering flowers, she saw the bull and caressed his flanks
and eventually got onto its back. Zeus took that chance and ran to the sea and
swam, with her on his back, to the island of Crete.
He then revealed his true identity, and Europa became the first queen of Crete.
Zeus gave her three gifts: Talos,
Laelaps
and a javelin
that never missed. Zeus later re-created the shape of the white bull in the
stars which is now known as the constellation
Taurus. Some
readers interpret as manifestations of this same bull the Cretan beast that was
encountered by Hercules,
the Marathonian Bull
slain by Theseus
(and that fathered the Minotaur).
Also known as "The
Abduction of Europa"
and "The
Seduction of Europa,"
Roman mythology adopted the tale, substituting the god Jupiter for Zeus. It is
tempting to see in this story the remnants of oral history about the settlement
of the island. Cretans were of course great sailors, as all islanders must be,
and must have come from some mainland area by raft or ship. They must also have
brought their cattle and other livestock with them, since bulls figured
prominently in their sports, arts and religious imagery. In the mythological
transformation of history, however, roles are reversed, and the bull provides
the transportation for the founding mother of the Minoan people.
Europe is the “daughter of Tyre!” Her holy city
was founded at Rome, Italy. Later, she was transferred to Constantinople, and
still later to Moscow, Russia.
Rome’s doctrine is Latinized Roman Catholicism.
Constantinople’s doctrine is Greek Orthodoxy. Moscow’s doctrine is Russian
Orthodoxy. These were the principle and primary so-called Christian faiths
before there was a Protestant movement. CHRISTOPHER
COLUMBUS
Remember that Zidon passed over to Tarshish or
Spain. Tyre passed over to Chittim or Italy (Rome), Greece and Europe.
Now we need to deal with Queen Isabella of Spain
and the Italian Christopher Columbus. Few people realize that Isabella or Isabel
is simply the Hebrew name for Jezebel.
Christopher means “light of Christ.” In
Castilian Spanish the name is Christobal. Christ is the Greek term for
“anointed.” Therefore, Christobal would be Christ (anointed)- o (of)- Bal (baal).
Columbus comes from Columbia, which means “dove.”
Spain is known as the Iberian peninsula. Iberia is
the Hebrew term for HEBREW! Many Israelites from the northern kingdom of Israel,
as well as Jewish descendants from the southern kingdom of Judah had migrated to
Tarshish (Spain).
History forgotten is history repeated. Here we have
another queen named Isabel/Jezebel, who is sending one forth to not only found
new lands, but to proclaim a message of the anointed of baal! The ships of Tyre,
the merchants of Tyre, the ships of Tarshish were carrying a false gospel of
“the Lord” (baal) throughout the world.
Yahweh says that there is no “house.” (Isa.
23:1) “House” is translated from the Hebrew word bayith, which is also
interpreted as “temple.” The temple of “the Lord” (baal) was originally
situated in Tyre. The Zidonian merchant ships were utilized to carry the tidings
of “the Lord” (baal) throughout the then known world. There is even evidence
of their commerce in the Americas.
The Zidonian merchants with their ships were
relocated in Tarshish (Spain). The holy city of Tyre was moved to Rome, Italy
and Constantinople (New Rome/the second Rome). These were the conditions when
Christopher Columbus was commissioned by Queen Isabel (Jezebel) of Spain to
