 GRADUATION!

COME TO THE FEAST

We are happy to report that we have made arrangements to acquire the Monroe Music Park for our observance of the Feast of Tabernacles this year. The park is located about 8-9 miles south of Texarkana, Texas, right off of U. S. Highway 59.

There are plenty of hook-ups for RV’s as well as plenty of space to pitch a tent. The price of the spaces will be $10 per day for full hook-up, $7 per day for electricity and water hook-up, $6.00 per day for water only (tents).

It is a beautiful, well manicured park with plenty of shade trees. The park has two restroom facilities for both men and women with two showers in each restroom. The meeting hall also has restroom facilities with one shower each. The meeting hall has kitchen facilities with 3 refrigerators and an electric cook stove, sink, etc.

For those who prefer a motel  room, the closest motel is  The Budget Inn, 4501 S. Lake Drive, Ph. # 903-838-0300.

Texarkana has plenty of the large chain motels, Super 8, Motel 6, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn, Comfort Suites, etc. but they are several miles away (about 7-10 miles). We can send information on them if you need it, or you can also call their national reservation systems. There are also plenty of local restaurants and shopping centers, etc.

We have prepared a couple of maps of the area. These were simply blown up from a State Highway map. Feast Map #1 gives a larger map of the area which also includes Interstate 30 and U. S. Highway 59 which are the major access routes to the area and park. Please note that we have designated the park as Strange Family Bluegrass Park on the maps. That was it’s former name. It is now the Texarkana RV Music Park!!!!!

Feast Map #2 is an inset from the larger map which will give a closer detail of the immediate area around the park and the access to it. If you will notice, those coming south on U.S. 59 will turn left on County Road 2516 which will take you to George Thomas Road (CR 1339). Take a right on George Thomas and proceed to Warren Thomas Road. Take another right and proceed to Sam Thomas (another right). The park is on Sam Thomas Road.

For those traveling north on U.S. 59, you may take a right on County Road 3244, proceed to CR 2516, turn right and follow the same instructions given above.

Alternate routes would be to take South Kings Hwy., (FM Hwy. 989) to FM 2516. Take a right at the stop sign. Proceed to George Thomas Rd. Take a left on George Thomas to Warren Thomas. Take a right on Warren Thomas to Sam Thomas. Take a right on Sam Thomas to the park.

From Louisiana Hwy. 71, exit left on to Hwy. 245. Proceed to Buchanan Road South. Take Buchanan Road to FM 2516. Turn right and proceed to George Thomas Road (left). Follow same instructions as above.

If you need help, call us on our cell phones at 903-826-1804 or 903-826-0221.

For arrangements and reservations, please call us at 903-796-7420 or email at Jerrheal@aol.com or jerryhealan@sbcglobal.net, or write to us at P. O. Box 31, Atlanta, TX 75551. A Feast Application form is also included in this newsletter. The Feast information will also be posted on our Internet Site at hometown.aol.com/jerrheal/index.html.

DANIEL AARON PARKER

Sept. 4, 2004—Jul. 4, 2005

Dear Brethren,

Recently, we received this letter from a dear brother of ours, Don Parker.

Dear brothers and sisters,

My name is Don Parker. Some of you may know me, some of you may not. In December of 2003 I received the joyous news that I would become a father for the first time. Though my wife and I made mutual decision not to have children, I was extremely excited that Yahweh would bestow such an undeserved blessing upon me. Seeing a sonogram of my child at 11 weeks will always be one of the greatest moments in my life. Tears of joy flowed as I watched my little boy move in his mother's womb. In subsequent weeks we would find that our unborn son would be born with Down Syndrome and a serious heart defect. Daniel Aaron Parker was brought into this world on September 4, 2004 amid much uncertainty. Daniel has spent five of his nine months of life in the hospital and will return to New Orleans for his fourth surgery (his third heart procedure) on June 13th. Daniel has thus far progressed exceeding well, better than most probably expected. I have been tremendously amazed by the strength, recovering ability, and wonderful attitude that Yahweh has instilled in little Daniel. Recently I have begun to look deeply within myself only to find that I am not nearly the man that I should be. Daniel's circumstance has opened my eyes to how far short I was falling as a servant to Yahweh, to my family, and my fellow man. I ask for Yahweh's forgiveness and for your forgiveness. I ask for your continued prayers and support. Please ask Yahweh to strengthen and heal my son and to help me to be the husband and father that I should. On behalf of my wife and family I thank you for your unending prayers, love, and support. May Almighty Yahweh greatly bless you all!

In His Majesty's Service,

Don Parker

We are deeply saddened to have to report to you that even though little Daniel went through his last operation well, his lungs filled with fluid in a little over three weeks after the operation. Daniel perished on the very day in which we celebrate the liberty of this nation. He has been liberated from the pangs of fleshly suffering.

Please pray for the Parker family, Don, Dana and Daniel’s sister Megen that Yahweh’s grace and favor will be upon them because of this great loss.

POETRY

IF I SHOULD
By Tomasina Olaniyi-oke

If I should die tomorrow
Tell my daughters that I loved them
Tell my mother that I respected her
Tell my friends that I cared
Tell my soul mate that he completed me
Tell my Father in Heaven that I loved him in flesh and will love him in spirit and that I know he loved me

If I should live forever
I'll show my daughters that I love them
I'll show my mother my respect
I'll show my friends that I care
I'll show my soul mate how deeply I feel our connection
I'll show love to my Father in Heaven and show more appreciation for his for me

If I have to do both die tomorrow in flesh and live forever in spirit
I pray that I've done enough of each of the above that
No questions will be asked about if I'm happy
Trust and believe that I am happy in the flesh and I'll be happier in the spirit
Do not cry for my sorrows while I live
Do not morn long for my loss when I die
But, take this opportunity to show me that you love me
As my Father in Heaven has given me the opportunity to love you

Remember that your today is both your forever and your tomorrow And mine.
I wish you happiness, healthiness, peace and love

HE SAID I AM
By Kathleen Ann Shelton

How am I to survive I asked
I have no home, no clothing, and no food
Where do I go-there is no where
Life is so very crude
He said I am Yahweh-Jireh
Source, sufficiency and provider
I can supply all your needs
Come to me-don’t be an outsider
My health is failing me
Illnesses flood within
I’m weak with no energy
My body now is so thin
He said I am Yahweh-Rophe
Health, healing, physician
Have faith in me-I will heal
No need to you to be in that condition
I’ve lost life’s battle
There’s no fight left in me
My enemies have won
There is no escape that I can see
My name is Yahweh-Nissi He roared
I’m the flag, banner and victory
I overcome any and every thingJust trust in Me
There is no light at the end of the tunnel
All I see is darkness,
My sins have encompassed me
My life is in such distress
He said I am Yahweh Maccaddeschcem
I am Light, Holiness and Sanctifier
Come to Me my child
Just reach out-I am here
Oh how the pain has racked me
I have cried rivers of tears
My soul is sorely vexed
I have so many fears
He asked "Do you not know I am Yahweh Shalom?"
I am peace, comfort and security
You need not to suffer
Just come-turn to Me
I don’t know where to go
Or where I should turn
I don’t know what to do
Life is hard-such a burden
He said I am Yahweh Raah
Your guide, shepherd and protector
Just give your life to Me
Let me be your director
My sin has covered me
And overtaken my very life
Death has already swallowed me
Like a poisoned knife
He said My name is Yahweh Tsidkenu
I am life, redemption and all righteousness
Turn to me, have faith in me
For your life I will bless
I am alone in this path of mine
All has turned against me
There is no friend in sight
Not even any family
He said I am Yahweh Shammah
I am omnipresent, faithful, and your friend
I am Your Father who will always love you
My faithfulness has no end.

Sabbath
By Sarah Greek, 2004 (age 16)

The angels were waiting in Heaven
As they kneeled on a sea of glass-
Expectancy hovering over
The lavers of burnished brass.

The cherubs were earnestly whispering-
What glolries would this day hold?
A wondrous end to a heavenly week-
A week that was great to behold.

A week where the Earth had sprouted,
And suddenly entered space;
Man, the crown of Creation
Arriving to take his place.

Now what could be done to finish?
To conclude a week so fine?
History’s defining moment
Signature of the Divine.

  Then suddenly all was quiet-
The Almighty laid out His plan;
A day of rest and worship
A sanctified time for Man.

The angels bowed in worship
As the 7
th day was blessed-
Miraculous finale
To top off all the rest.

That day was warmly welcomed
And in the Heavens above
Was one of celebration,
And joy in God’s great love.

  While down upon the planet
A young man and his wife
Talked with God and rested,
Enjoying fullest life.

  Years later, in a Covenant,
This Sabbath still remained;
For every generation
A Festival ordained.

  To keep throughout the Ages,
Reminder through all time,
Of solid, strong foundation-
Of reason and of rhyme.

  And still the people gather
To Celebrate this way,
To honor and to worship Him,
In this, His Holy Day.

  To fellowship with others,
Refresh, and linger still
In His Redeeming Presence-
The glory of His will.

  Majesty of the Savior,
A King without compare;
The One who rules the Sabbath
And bears our every care.

Yet still we wait to see Him,
On tht great Sabbath day
When all the earth shall gather,
To hear what He will say.

  An Awesome Celebration
The Blessed shall then enjoy-
Eternity’s Sabbatical
An Everlasting Joy!

AN OLD ANGEL'S CRY
Author Unknown-Submitted by Timothy Smith

While sleeping one night, I had a dream…
It left a tale to tell.
I dreamed I saw an angel,
And she wasn’t looking very well.
Her body was bruised and battered,
Her wings were ripped and torn.
I saw that she could barely walk,
She was tired, her hope was worn.
I walked over and asked her,
"Angel, how could this be?"
She tried to smile as she gathered thoughts,
Then these words she said to me.
"I am your guardian angel,
it is quite a task, you see.
You’ve lived a very dangerous life,
On that you must agree. You’ve broken laws and broken hearts,
All that you see, you’ve done.
Every person has their angel,
Each and every one.
The bruises are from shielding you,
I do my best, yet still.
For the drugs you used so thoughtlessly,
I often paid the bill.
My wings you see, are ripped and torn,
This noble badge I bear.
So many times they’ve shielded you,
From perils you weren’t aware.
Yet, each mark bears a story,
Of pains and dangers I’ve destroyed.
You’ve made me wish, more times than one,
That I was unemployed.
If only you would embrace life,
And choose to do so on your own.
It would stop your pain and suffering,
That comes from being alone.
I will always be here to watch over you,
Until my powers fail,
As for when that will be all I can say,
Is I’m getting old and frail."
When I awoke, I though about the dream.
How much she seemed to care.
Then I looked around my prison cell,
And my heart sank in despair.
As for some kind of life within these walls,
I wondered…Why even try?
Then distantly, I thought I heard
A frail old angel’s cry.

WHERE YOU BELONG
By Mark Wright

Within these garden walls of mine, I find,
All the things Yahweh finds divine.
Here, the harmony of colored flowers bind
To the calm and gentle breeze behind
The hollyhocks and daffodils
The crocus blooms and whipporwills.

Where hummingbirds and butterflies and bumblebees reside,

And let me way-up close to them, even buzzing by my side.
The garden soil, firm beneath my knees become,
My counselor, my confidant, a friend who never runs,
A medium which allows to sprout
My seeds of thought, not weeds of doubt.

Even a winter garden will weave its “peace.”
Tightly ‘round its frizzy squirrels and frostly trees.
Like “hope” the bulbs which lay be
neath,
Spring eternal and thus entreat
To show the “faith” herein,
By throwing worries to the wind.

So when again my busy day begins,
With news reports and next of kin.
My garden bids me “slow your pace.”
As you too, smell the roses ‘round the gate,
Then pluck a bud to take along,
To show “the world” where you belong.

 HALLOWED BE THY NAME...
By Mark Wright

Truth is what you find,
When once you look, and seek,
A peek of what’s behind,
These signs, these signs, these Toes of Time.

Where once there was a time,
A sound heart flourish, and a faint heart fail,
To find a Faith so frail, so stale.
Father looks in every house, to no avail,

To find the Faith of Abraham, today.
‘Tis obvious, it still doth lay,
till Yahweh’s “New Song,” dawns the day
Of Messiah’s sickle in His hand,
To come reap the harvest, then sear the land.

Where the First raised up, will last look back,
To see, all bound-up, more than a “Man,”
Ensnared in Holy iron bands,
Wrought from The Word and Yahweh’s hand.

Till again He is the “All in All,”
As in the days before the fall.
He’ll have His Holy Place again to reign,
So every kindred Spirit will pray within Hs Name!

A basketball in Michael Jordan's hands is worth about $33 million.
It depends on whose hands it's in.

A baseball in Mark McGuire's hands is worth $19 million.
It depends on whose hands it's in.

A tennis racket is useless in my hands.
A tennis racket in Venus Williams' hands is a championship winning.
It depends on whose hands it's in.

A rod in my hands will keep away a wild animal.
A rod in Moses' hands will part the mighty sea.

A sling shot in my hands is a kid's toy

It depends on whose hands it's in.

Two fish and 5 loaves of bread in my hands is a couple of fish

Two fish and 5 loaves of bread in YAHWEHS' hands will feed thousands.

Nails in YAHSHUAS' hands will

 KING YAHSHUA
By Maryland Frick

When King Yahshua rules the world,
Eternal Truth is treasured everywhere.
Believer’s dreams will be fulfilled,
With love and fellowship to share.

  Wonders abound throughout the land,
The lamb rests with the lion,
At home in the peaceful kingdom,
When Righteousness reigns in Zion.

Mountains and forests resound with joy,
A domain of happiness and beauty.
There in a pleasant promised time,
A New Eden, a marvelous destiny.

Everyday rejoice and sing His praise,
See His glory and Majesty!
When King Yahshua rules the world,
How wonderful it will be!

Reader’s Comments

I do investigate and research everything you say and teach, not because of mistrust but because it is written: "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good" (1 Thes. 5:21) Jerry, so far everything you have sent me is truth. I have learned a great deal from your teachings. Thank You!

Shalom Brother Jerry:

Thank you for the Newsletter volume 9, Issue 1 about Calendar issues. Recently, a Jewish man who is leader in Miami was asking all leaders in his website directory. I informed him that I need time to research about Abib Barely vs. Equinox. He told me that he will remove my directory until I agree with him. So I decided not to reply to him and I felt that Abib Barley is most correct Biblical Calendar.

Thank you very much for the YEA newsletter and the calendar. It was my first newsletter and I liked that article on leavened or unleavened bread. It's not here but soon it may and your article has prepared me to stick to unleavened bread now that the passover is near. Please keep me in the mailing list of Yahshua's Witness Magazine. Your articles are so

well reaserched. I even consider myself part and parcel of Yahweh's Evagelical Assembly. Plus those we Assemble together for sabbath services.

Would anybody out there donate a Holy Name Bible. It would enhance our teaching the name here. Surely I believe you can do something. I have all the confidence in you seeing Yahweh made me know you
